    Hi,

Suppose i have a single device that fetches mail for abc@def.com email account and i have been conversing for about a month to all my contacts.
PEP was working fine and i could exchange mails with encryption.

Now the device gets lost. Do i have any chance to get to decrypt my previous encrypted conversations?
    If yes, how?

If no, then is it that having a second device in the device group that stays at a safe location which has extremely less chance of getting lost the only
way to keep all my conversations decryptable? And if so, shouldn't this be mentioned upfront as a warning to all users, warning of data loss ? (as i couldnt find this being discussed often anywhere or mentioned in the documentation) [sorry if i really missed if its already there.]

    Thanks.

Single Device backup is not supported at the moment.
You could get a cheap phone to group your daily driver device with, sync keys over and store it in a safe place for the future like an offline backup of a harddrive.
